Time: 7:30pm All managers, coaches and parents are encouraged to attend. 2009 Spring Baseball Registration Cucolo Field Registration Forms can be downloaded from the "Forms" page to the left. Forms must be filled out in triplicate. Registration dates: Thursday, October 16th. 7:00pm - 9:00pm Saturday, October 18th. 10:00am - 12:00pm Wednesday, October 22th. 7:00pm - 9:00pm In-person registration will be held at Cucolo Field house. Fees: Ages 5-8: registration fee $225 Ages 9-12: registration fee $250 Ages 13-16: registration fee $300 These fees include the candy donation. Any Family who is new to our league must bring 3 proofs of residency. Any Player who is new to our league must bring a copy of your child's birth certificate. Make checks payable to Suffern Little League.
