2010 Spring Baseball Registration

All registration forms received AFTER December 15 will go on a waiting list based on the number of players per division.
If you attempt to register after December 15, 2009, you must do so by mail, as follows:
FOR EXISTING PLAYERS IN SUFFERN LITTLE LEAGUE
You will need to go to the FORMS tab on the left hand side of the Home Page of the web site and print up the registration form and fill it out in triplicate and send the forms along with your Registration Fee in the form of a check made payable to Suffern Little League for:
Ages 5-8 $225.00
Ages 9-12 $250.00
Ages 13 + $300.00

FOR NEW PLAYERS TO SUFFERN LITTLE LEAGUE
1. You will need to go to the FORMS tab on the left hand side of the Home Page of the web site and print up the registration form and fill it out in triplicate.
2. A copy of your CHILD’s Birth Certificate is required.
3. Copies of three proofs of residency is required that show your current address - examples:
A. Drivers License
B. Vehicle Records
C. School Records – must have address listed
D. Utility Bill – ONLY counts as 1 proof
E. Financial records
F. Voter’s Registration card
G. State Records
H. Federal Records
4 Registration Fee: Check made payable to Suffern Little League
Ages 5-8 $225.00
Ages 9-12 $250.00
Ages 13+ $300.00
