Little League of America announces new baseball bat standards for the 2018 season

As of August 7, 2015, Little League of America has announced that they will be adopting new bat standards through USA Baseball. The new
guidelines will adopt a wood-like performance, which is important for the long-term success of the game. The new standard will go into effect
